As we write our last blog of 2013, we’d like to take the opportunity to thank everyone that has read our blog, commented on it and shared it with their friends and colleagues. We hope that you’ve found the blog interesting and helpful, and we will be continuing throughout 2014 with a whole host of topics, centring around the timber and fencing industry. If you do have a topic that you feel is relevant and would like us to cover, then we’d love to here from you. Equally, if you’re in a similar industry and are already blogging, then we’d love to feature some guest bloggers next year. Do get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org as we’d love to hear from you.
This year has been another fantastic growth year for Forestrall, seeing a rise in both our sales figures and our staff numbers. We were so busy throughout the summer months that we thought we had reached the point of capacity for both the yard and the team, however by introducing new systems and procedures for the sales office and the yard, we have been able to confidently realise that the company can continue to welcome more and more new business, whilst still maintaining our high levels of customer service and sticking to our rapid delivery promises.
Regular visitors to our yard will by now be familiar with the new collection system in the yard. This new security system has been introduced along with a number of other procedures that greatly enhance customer care and we hope this makes our clients’ shopping experience at Forestrall easier, more efficient and more enjoyable. We are always open to ideas regarding improving the customer experience, so if anyone has visited us and feels that the system can be further improved, then we would love to hear from you.
