As we head towards ANOTHER Bank Holiday…

cp-new2With the chocolate wrappers still in the rubbish bins and, if you’re lucky, the odd Easter Egg or two still lurking at the back of the fridge, it feels like the Easter Bank Holiday was only days ago… Yet here we are, rapidly hurtling towards another Bank Holiday weekend! There seems to be a collective “yay!” from employees and a barely concealed groan from employers / self employed….

Nonetheless, the three day weekend is fast approaching and whilst many will be in two clearly defined camps – the rest & relaxation camp or the “lets make the most of the extra day and get some jobs done” camp, we thought we would highlight the four key areas that we can assist with, if you are in the latter camp…

General Timber

An all encompassing category, we supply a range of timber products and accessories bothStacked Sheets 4 to the trade but also to the public, your general DIY’er.  Softwood, hardwood, sheet materials, mouldings, skirtings, architraves, flooring plus ironmongery, wood stains and preservatives.

Forestrall supply fence panels and posts, trellis, gates, concrete posts, gravel boards and accessories.Madrid Panel

Should you need it, we also have a Post Puller for hire.  These machines are specifically designed for the removal of posts. A great way to save yourself hours of back breaking work!

There is a wide range of decking available from our yard or via our online ordering website, TimberClick.  Choose from softwood or hardwood decking, or opt for anti slip decking or composite decking.  Plus you can purchase all the required components, fixings and treatments.

If you’re working on your garden this weekend, you may be thinking about utilising some railway sleepers.  Again, another area of speciality for Forestrall, as we supply both new and reclaimed sleepers plus the fixings.

If we can help you with any of your requirements, then get in touch this week.  We’re open through to Saturday morning and can be reached on 01474 444150 or

You can read more from us in our timber blog here.
